Itinerary :
Day 1:
Arrival to Manali by 9am, transfer to camp site , check in ,arrival tea /coffee , rest for one hour , team introduction , mountaineering equipment introduction , acclimatization trekking in forest , Lunch 1 pm to 2 pm , rest , 3 pm to 5pm Rappelling,5.30 pm tea & biscuits ,6 pm to 8 pm ,volley ball , lecture about the camp , camping in Himalaya , camp hygiene , mountain walking manner , mountain hazards , 8 pm to10 pm bonfire, music & dinner .
Day 2:
6 am bed tea, 6.20 am to 7. 30 am trekking in the pine forest , exercise , 7.30am to 8 .20 am freshen up , 8.20 am breakfast ,9 am River crossing , 2 pm lunch , 3 pm to 5pm Rock Climbing , 5. 30 pm evening tea with biscuits , 5.30 pm to 7 pm Volley ball , Tug of war, mountaineering knots practice , about camping area , Lecture on Himalaya & its Ranges, Himalayan flora and fauna ,8 pm to 10 pm bonfire , music , dance & dinner .
Day 3:
Wake up at 6 am bed tea & Nature walk , exercise ,7.30 am to 8.20 am freshen up, 8.20 am breakfast , 9 am Sequence Climbing , Navigation ,
2 pm lunch ,3 pm to 5 pm , treasure hunt , how to pitch tent ,
5 pm tea & biscuits , 5.30 pm to 7 pm Volley ball ,
Tug of war-II , an introduction of Himalayan flowers and
local culture,7.30 pm to
8.30 pm lecture on Mountaineering ,
Expedition and rescue , 8.30 pm to 10 pm bonfire , music , dance & dinner.
Day 4 :
6 am tea, pack up, 7 am breakfast & departure to.
